Canceling Your Loan
You may rescind your installment loan on or before 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time of the next business day following the loan transaction. To rescind your loan you must email or fax us written notice of your intent to rescind, along with written authorization to effect a debit entry to your Bank Account for the principal amount of the loan.

Loan Amounts
The minimum payday loan amount is $100 and the maximum payday loan amount is $1,000. Loan amounts are determined on an individual basis and are based on your income and other factors.
Loan Terms
The minimum payday loan term is 4 days to a maximum of 39 days.
Your Right to Rescind (Cancel) this Loan
A borrower has the right to rescind the payday loan on or before 5:00 PM Mountain Time of the next business day following the loan transaction. To rescind your loan you must email or fax us written notice of your intent to rescind, along with written authorization to effect a debit entry to your Bank Account for the principal amount of the loan.
If the borrower accepts the funds from Check City before the expiration of the one-day cancellation period, any origination fee charged shall be non-refundable.
Extended Payment Plan (EPP)
The state of Idaho gives Deferred Deposit Loan borrowers the opportunity to repay their Deferred Deposit Loan in 4 installments over 60 days rather than in a single lump-sum payment. This option comes with no additional cost and is known as an Extended Payment Plan or EPP.
If you are eligible for an Extended Payment Plan you may request this plan no sooner than the day before the last day of the initial term of your loan. This option may be selected only once within a 12-month period.
