Check City Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Check City and its affiliates reserve the right to discontinue and/or adjust the terms of the Referral Program without notice. Participation in the Referral Program is subject to the Referral Program Guidelines that Check City may adopt from time to time, in its discretion. Check City may amend or terminate the Referral Program Guidelines at any time without notice. Check City has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Referral Program Guidelines.
The Referral Program is void where prohibited or unlawful.
For each successful referral, you will receive $40.00. If you have an outstanding balance with Check City at the time of the referral, the $40.00 referral reward will be credited toward your outstanding balance.
If you do not have an outstanding balance with Check City at the time of your first successful referral, Check City will mail you a prepaid Netspend® Visa Card loaded with $40.00. For any additional successful referrals where you do not have an outstanding balance, the $40.00 referral reward will be loaded onto your existing prepaid Netspend® Visa Card. Certain fees apply when using this card.*
You are eligible to receive up to 12 qualifying referral payouts per calendar year. There is no limit to the number of referral rewards that can be credited toward an outstanding Check City balance.
To keep you informed about your Referral Program participation, we may send you program-related information, account information, and other communications necessary to administer the Referral Program.
We may also send printed or email marketing materials regarding special offers, products, or services we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt out of marketing emails from Check City.
