Additional Information
Your Right to Rescind (Cancel) this Loan
A borrower may rescind any consumer loan transaction made under the provisions of this section without cost not later than the end of the business day immediately following the day on which the loan transaction was made. To rescind the loan transaction:
- A consumer shall inform the lender that the consumer wants to rescind the loan transaction;
- The consumer shall return the cash amount of the principal of the loan transaction to the lender; and
- The lender shall return any fees that have been collected in association with the loan.
Extended Payment Plan (EPP)
Kansas law gives payday loan borrowers the opportunity to repay their loan in a series of installments rather than in a single lump-sum payment. This no-cost repayment option is known as an Extended Payment Plan or EPP.
If you are eligible for an Extended Payment Plan, you may request this plan before close of business on the last business day before your loan is due. The EPP allows you to repay the full amount owed in at least four substantially equal installments, scheduled on or after your pay dates (or at least 14 days apart if you do not receive regular income). This option may be used only once within a 12-month period, and no additional fees or interest will be charged while you are on the plan.
Notices
NOTICE TO BORROWER: KANSAS LAW PROHIBITS THIS LENDER AND THEIR RELATED INTEREST FROM HAVING MORE THAN TWO LOANS OUTSTANDING TO YOU AT ANY ONE TIME. A LENDER CANNOT DIVIDE THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO BORROW INTO MULTIPLE LOANS IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE FEES YOU PAY.
