Loan Renewal

If you cannot repay your loan on the due date, you may refinance your loan until your next payday. If you qualify, we may renew your deferred deposit advance no more than two (2) consecutive times if you meet our lending criteria on the date of refinancing, and you pay an additional deferred deposit fee.

We encourage taking advantage of the option to make a partial payment on the loan balance when requesting a renewal.

You may request these changes by logging into your online account and/or by calling a customer service representative. Deferred deposit renewal requests must be received by 7:00 PM Mountain Time on the business day before your loan is due.

Extended Payment Plan (EPP)

The state of Alaska gives Deferred Deposit Loan borrowers the opportunity to repay their Deferred Deposit Loan in 4 installments over 60 days rather than in a single lump-sum payment. This option comes with no additional cost and is known as an Extended Payment Plan or EPP.

The Extended Payment Plan option may be selected by borrowers once within a 12-month period.

Example APR and Fee Schedule

The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) will vary depending on the length of your loan (see table below). The table shows the Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) and Finance Charges for various loan amounts.

Non-refundable Origination Fee: $5.00 per loan

Loan Fee: $15 per $100 borrowed

Please see your loan agreement for the APR and other terms applicable to your loan.

Additional Information

“WARNING: A deferred deposit loan is not intended to meet long-term financial needs. A small loan should be used only to meet short-term cash needs.”

Your Right to Rescind (Cancel) this Loan

A borrower may rescind a small loan not later than the end of the business day immediately following the day on which the small loan was made. To rescind a small loan, a borrower must inform the lender that the borrower wants to rescind the small loan, and the borrower must return the cash amount of the principal of the small loan to the lender. The $5 origination fee is not refundable.
