Rates and Terms for Texas

Loan Amounts:	The maximum loan amount for Texas Residents is $600.00. Based on your income and other factors, loan limits will be determined on an individual basis.
Loan Balances:	Loan balances, excluding fees, cannot exceed $600.00.
Term of Loan:	Minimum 8 Days - Maximum 45 Days
Extensions:	If you do not want to repay your loan on the due date you may extend your loan until your next payday. If you qualify, we may renew your payday loan up to 5 times. We encourage taking advantage of the option to make a partial payment on the loan balance when requesting an extension. You may request these changes by logging into your online account and or by calling a customer service representative. Renewal requests must be received by 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the business day before your loan is due.
Permitted Fees:	Lender charges interest at 10.00% APR in addition, The CSO charges a service fee equal to 25% of the principal loan amount. The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) will vary depending on the length of your loan (see table below). Please see your loan agreement for the APR and other terms applicable to your loan.
Cool Off Period:	A one business day (1) day 'cooling-off' period will be instituted after your loan is paid in full.

Additional Information:

Our lender requires that all Texas customers have a pay stub on file with Checkcity.com when receiving a short-term loan. Please fax or e-mail your latest pay stub when applying to ensure quick processing of your loan. If you receive income by means other than an employer, please fax or e-mail other proof of your Social Security, disability, child support or alimony payments. All materials may be sent via fax to 866-430-0830 or via email to info@checkcity.com. As soon as we receive this, we will be able to complete your loan request.

Your Right to Cancel Future Payment Obligation – A borrower may cancel future payment obligations on a payday loan, without cost or finance charges, no later than midnight of the third business day immediately following the day on which the payday loan agreement was executed. To cancel future payment obligations on a payday loan, the borrower must inform the Checkcity.com in writing that the borrower wants to cancel the future payment obligations on the payday loan and must return the uncashed proceeds, check or cash, in an amount equal to the principal amount of the loan.
