Cooling Off Period
In Hawaii, remotely created checks are used to process loan payments. For this reason, a 3-day cool-off period is required to allow time for the check to clear.
Your Right to Rescind (Cancel) this Loan
A borrower may rescind a deferred deposit agreement without cost for any reason, not later than the close of business on the business day following the date of the deferred presentment service transaction.
