- 4-6 cups of baby spinach
- 1 large crisp apple
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup candied pecans

- Vinaigrette dressing
Wash and dry the baby spinach and place it in the serving bowl. Use your salad tongs to mix in dried cranberries and ½ cup of the candied pecans. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
