One entry per household. Need not be present to win. Entries will be accepted from all U.S. residents 18 years of age or over. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes ends June 27, 2008. Prizes will be awarded by random drawing to be conducted by the Operations Director at the Check City Corporate office. PO Box 970851 Orem, UT 82097. On June 27, 2008 prizes will be awarded for the 26 Utah locations including http://www.checkcity.com. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of eligible entries received and are estimated to be 1:10,000. The winners will receive FREE tickets to the Freedom Festival's Stadium of Fire a retail value of $45 per ticket. No substitutions permitted. Official notice to winner will be given be either e-mail or phone. Prize must be claimed within 3 days of notification or another drawing will be conducted until prize is awarded. Check City and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prize or participation in this promotion. Check City Employees and immediate family members are not eligible to claim prize. Prize is not transferable. A list of prize winners may be obtained by sending a self-adressed, stamped envelope to Check City at the address above. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of authorization and release. By accepting a prize, the winner consents for sponsors to use the recepient's name, photograph, likeness, and address (city and state) for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
