California Deferred Deposit Transaction

Rates and Terms for California

Loan Amounts:	The maximum loan amount for California residents is $255. Based on your income and other factors, loan limits will be determined on an individual basis.
Loan Balances:	Loan balance, including fees, cannot exceed $300.00
Term of Loan:	Maximum of 31 days
Permitted Fees:	15 percent of the face value of the check. The fee charged for a deferred presentment loan is $17.64 per $100.00 borrowed. Please see your loan agreement for the APR and other terms applicable to your loan.

Additional Information:

Your Right to Rescind (cancel) this loan - A borrower may rescind a deferred presentment service agreement without cost for any reason, not later than the close of business on the business day following the date of the deferred presentment service transaction.

A customer cannot be criminally prosecuted or threatened with criminal prosecution to collect a delinquent deferred deposit transaction.

California law only allows each consumer to have one (1) deferred deposit loan with CheckCity.com at a time.

The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) will vary depending on the length of your loan (see table below). The table below shows the Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") and Fees Charged for loan amounts ranging from $50 to $255 and loan terms ranging from 14 to 30 days in length.
