A federal judge in Florida is now siding with the 26 states that have sued to block the Obama’s administration’s health overhaul; he’s deeming it, “unconstitutional”. US District Judge Roger Vinson accepted Florida’s argument (without trial) that the new law is a violation of people’s rights because it is forcing them to buy health insurance by 2014 or to face penalties. Attorneys of Obama’s administration had argued that the states did not have standing to challenge the law and that the case should be dismissed. It is likely that the case will go to Supreme Court.
