Florida Judge Ruling Obama’s Health Action Unconstitutional

A federal judge in Florida is now siding with the 26 states that have sued to block the Obama’s administration’s health overhaul; he’s deeming it, “unconstitutional”. US District Judge Roger Vinson accepted Florida’s argument (without trial) that the new law is a violation of people’s rights because it is forcing them to buy health insurance by 2014 or to face penalties. Attorneys of Obama’s administration had argued that the states did not have standing to challenge the law and that the case should be dismissed. It is likely that the case will go to Supreme Court. Bank Of America Halting Foreclosures Sales In Utah

Utah news station ksl just released an article about how banking giant Bank Of America is currently halting almost 1,000 foreclosure sales in the state of Utah. This happening after one of their Utah customers filed a lawsuit against the company. The customer apparently stopped making her mortgage payments some time ago and then filed the lawsuit just before her house was turned over to the bank. The lawsuit alleges that the bank has no right in pursuing foreclosures in Utah because they are not registered with the Utah Division of Corporations and do not have face-to-face meeting space in
