This summer Utah residents will have a whole new reason to celebrate freedom. With a change of rules regarding firework regulations, Utah residents can now light off more types of fireworks for longer. Aerial fireworks this year are permitted. Some of the aerial fireworks reach heights of 150 feet. This was passed to prevent Utah residents from buying aerial fireworks in Wyoming and brining them back to Utah, where prior to this year, they were illegal.
