August 12th is an internationally recognized holiday designated by the United Nations. This Friday will be the 12th holiday meant to draw awareness to kids all around the world, their experiences, their cultural differences, their similarities, and their hardships. Summer is one of the greatest times to be a kid, so celebrate that by spending some extra time with the kids in your life (whether they be yours, your families, or your friends). International Youth Day is a great excuse to try something new, learn about a foreign place, or spend some quality time together doing something you can enjoy.
