Thanks to the participation of Check City locations this year’s Warm Hearts Coat Drive collected about 600 coats. 500 of those coats were distributed to the Catholic Community Services Organization and the rest (numbering around 100) were donated to refugees for the Human Rights Celebration at the mayor’s office. Check City has participated in the coat drive for three years and would like to thank everyone for making this year a success once again. Special thank yous go out to our area store managers who collected and helped distribute the coats, Fox 13 News for covering the story, Catholic Community Services for distributing the coats, and all of those of you who donated to the coat drive.
