Materials:
- Clean, Plastic Milk Jugs
- Craft Knife
- Permanent Marker (Any Color)
- String of Clear Holiday Lights (Any Length)
Instructions:
- Draw ghost eyes and mouths on the jugs. (Leave the cap on to make sure they don't dent)
- Use the craft knife to cut a half-dollar-hole in the back of the jugs.
- Arrange the ghosts near each other, and and string the lights between them, stuffing several bulbs into each jug.
